The legal maneuverings between Strikeforce and EliteXC/Frank Shamrock have been settled, so Shamrock vs. Renzo Gracie is still on for February 10.

An agreement was reached for Showtime to air an upcoming Strikeforce card, which could come as soon as June, and may feature a match between Shamrock and Phil Baroni (although that would depend on a number of factors, including how Shamrock fares against Gracie).
