- Edwin DeWees is out for thirty-days, as a result of punishment sustained during his fight against Jorge Rivera.

- Jeremy Jackson is out for sixty-days, or until he has his C6 & C7 discs cleared by a doctor, as a result of punishment sustained during his fight against Pete Spratt.

- Scott Smith and Pete Sell are both out for thirty-days, as a result of punishment sustained during their fight against one another.

- Thales Leites is out for sixty-days, as a result of punishment sustained during his fight against Martin Kampmann. Kampmann is out for thirty-days, for the same reason.
